Step 1: Individual training needs analysis
- Analysis of the individual development needs of every training participant via:
- 1:1 calls (20 mins each) with the managers of the training participants
- Training needs analysis questionnaire for the training participants
Step 2: Customize the training program/workshop specifically for your needs
- Alignment of training concept and agenda with the management
- Identification of real-life difficult situations to be used as workshop case scenarios
Step 3: Delivery of the training program
- Provide participants with pre-read materials
- Deliver the program/workshop
